HC Deb 20 May 1903 vol 122 cc1201-2
SIR ANDREW AGNEW (Edinburgh, S.)

To ask the hon. Member for North Hunts, as representing the First Commissioner of Works, if the First Commissioner of Works will consider the advisability of making such an addition to the Palace of Holyrood as will render it a suitable residence for the Sovereign on any future visit to Edinburgh.

(Answered by Mr. Victor Cavendish.) The question of making any addition to the Palace of Holyrood has not arisen. When the sanitary works are completed it will be a perfectly suitable residence for the Sovereign.
