MANSFIELDI beg to ask the Secretary to the Board of Education if he can state whether, in all cases, the education authorities have received a report from the surveyors of the condition of elementary school buildings and school houses attached; and, if not, will he make inquiries as to whether the surveyors have been instructed to make these reports.
§ SIR WILLIAM ANSONThe Board of Education have no information on this matter; and there appears to be no reason why they should investigate the instructions given by local authorities to their surveyors.
