MR. THOMAS O'DONNELL (Kerry, W.)

To ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland whether he proposes to devote part of the equivalent grant for Irish education to the reduction of the average necessary for the services of an assistant teacher; and whether any will be used in heating and improving schools and in providing apparatus for the proper working of elementary science.
