§ SIR BRAMPTON GURDON (Norfolk, N.)To ask the Lender Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether his attention has been called to the action of Mr. Nunan, Judge of the High Court of British Central Africa, in forfeiting the bonds of Messrs. Hynde and Rutherford, the proprietor and editor of the Central African Times, in consequence of an article which appeared therein on the 13th December, 1902; and, if so, will he say what steps, if any, he proposes to take in the matter.
