reported from the Committee of Selection that they had discharged the following Members from the Standing Committee on Trade (including Agriculture and Fishing), Shipping and Manufactures:—Mr. Solicitor-General for Scotland, Sir Frederick Wills, Colonel Long, Sir William Tomlinson, Sir William Mather, Mr. Burt, and Mr. Dillon; and had appointed in substitution: Sir Frederick Dixon-Hartland, Sir William Walrond, Colonel Denny, Mr. Cameron Corbett, Sir Wilfrid Lawson, Mr. Charles Douglas, and Mr. Black.
