§ MR. AILWYN FELLOWESUnder the Parks Regulations the First Commissioner of Works has sanctioned only six platforms for the demonstration on the Education Bill on Saturday; but he has since, in response to representations that these were insufficient, allowed the use of twelve vans as platforms.
