BALFOURIn consequence of the information which has reached me I think I am justified in saying that there is no chance of the discussion on the Budget Resolutions, limited as it must be for reasons already stated, going over twelve o'clock, and under those circumstances I do not propose to move the Motion for the suspension of the Twelve o'clock Rule which stands in my name.
