Fox, 1st Battalion 15th Regiment of Foot, who served about eleven years, was discharged from the Army owing to heart disease contracted through rheumatic fever while serving in the Army; and whether, in view of his character in the Army and of the fact that he was discharged without remuneration or pension, and that he had active and Foreign service in Bermuda, 23 St. John's, and New Brunswick, he can, in view of this man's age and present condition, grant him a small pension.
