§ MR.KEIR HARDIE (Merthyr Tydvil)To ask the Secretary to the Admiralty whether he is now in a position to give a reply to the communication received by his Department during July, 1901, from the storehousemen and storehouse labourers at Portsmouth Docks.
(Answered by Mr. Arnold-Forster.) I have nothing to add as yet to the reply given on this subject to the hon. Member for Portsmouth on the 22nd April?†, but the proposals for the re-organisation of the storehouse staff are in a forward state.
