reported from the Chairmen's Panel: That they had appointed Mr. Stuart-Wortley to act as Chairman of the Standing Committee for the consideration of Bills relating to Law, and Courts of Justice, and Legal Procedure, in the place of Lord Edmund Fitzmaurice.

reported: That they had appointed Sir James Fergusson to act as Chairman of the Standing Committee for the consideration of Bills relating to Trade (including Agriculture and Fishing), Shipping, and Manufactures, at the conclusion of the consideration of the Employment of Children Bill, in the place of Mr. John Edward Ellis.
