reported from the Committee on Group C of Private Bills; That the parties promoting the Crystal Palace and District Gas Bill had stated that the evidence of Professor Vivian Byam Lewes, of the Royal Naval College, Greenwich, was essential to their case; and, it having been proved that his attendance could not be procured without the intervention of the House, he had been instructed to move that the said Professor Vivian Byam Lewes do attend the said Committee To-morrow, at Eleven of the Clock.

Ordered, That Professor Vivian Byam Lewes do attend the Committee on Group C of Private Bills To-morrow, at Eleven of the Clock.
