HC Deb 05 May 1903 vol 121 c1452
MR. LOUGH (Islington, W.)

said the instruction which appeared on the Paper in his name was in no way hostile to the Bill which had gone to a Committee upstairs. The promoters of the Bill, however, took some objection to the form in which the instruction appeared, and as they had sent him a written statement granting all he asked he would beg leave to withdraw the Amendment.

Instruction, by leave, withdrawn.
