§ Mr. NICOL reported from the Committee on Group D of Private Bills, That the parties promoting the Thames Steamboat Trust Bill had stated that the evidence of Robert Baggalay, 9, Fenchurch Street, E.C., Consulting Engineer, was essential to their case; and, it having been proved that his attendance could not be procured without the intervention of the House, he had been instructed to move that the said Robert Baggalay do attend the said Committee to-morrow, at half-past eleven of the clock.
§ Ordered, That Robert Baggalay do attend the Committee on Group D of Private Bills to-morrow, at half-past eleven of the clock.
