1195LORD STANLEYI have already promised a Return, which is being prepared, covering almost the same ground as the hon. Member's proposal, and I cannot put the military authorities to the trouble of preparing two returns. The Return will be presented as a Command Paper.

LORD STANLEYI cannot say for certain, but I will use my utmost endeavour to expedite it as much as possible.
