Resolutions reported from the Select Committee.

1. "That, in the case of the Maidstone Gas Bill, Petition for additional Provision, the Standing Orders ought to be dispensed with. That the parties be permitted to introduce their additional Provision if the Committee on the Bill think fit."

2. "That, in the case of the Baker Street and Waterloo Railway (Extension of Time) Petition, for leave to deposit a Petition for Bill, the Standing Orders ought to be dispensed with; that the parties be permitted to deposit their Petition for a Bill."

3. "That, in the case of the Jewish Colonisation Association Bill [Lords], the Standing Orders ought to be dispensed with; that the parties be permitted to proceed with their Bill."

4. "That, in the case of the Birmingham District Tramways Bill [Lords], the Standing Orders ought to be dispensed with; that the parties be permitted to proceed with their Bill, provided that the powers to construct Tramways Nos. 1, 1A, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 be struck out of the Bill, unless the consent of the County Councils of Warwickshire and Worcestershire be proved before the Committee on the Bill; that the Committee on the Bill do report how far such Order has been complied with."
