§ 1. "That a sum, not exceeding £1,502,000, be granted to His Majesty, to defray the Expense of Works, Buildings, and Repairs, at Home and Abroad, including the cost of Superintendence, Purchase of Sites, Grants in Aid, and other Charges connected therewith, which will come in course of payment during the year ending on the 31st day of March, 1904."
§ 2. "That a sum, not exceeding £2,292,500, be granted to His Majesty, to defray the Expense of Victualling and Clothing for the Navy, including the cost of Victualling Establishments at Home and Abroad, which will come in 742 course of payment during the year ending on the 31st day of March, 1904."
