§ "That a sum not exceeding £1,920,000, be granted to His Majesty, to defray the Charge for the staff for Engineer services, and expenditure for Royal Engineer 741 works, buildings, and repairs, at home and abroad (including purchases), which will come in course of pay merit during the year ending on the 31st day of March 1904."
