§ MAJOR RASCH (Essex, Chelmsford)I beg to ask the Secretary of State for the Colonies whether his attention has been directed to the prices at which stores of all kinds are being sold by the military authorities in the Transvaal; and whether, seeing that similar stores are being brought by the Repatriation Committee from England, he will consider the advisability of transferring these stores from one department to the other.
