HC Deb 30 March 1903 vol 120 c555
MR. O'KELLY (Mayo, N.)

To ask the Postmaster-General whether his attention has been directed to a memorial from the Swinford District Council and inhabitants of the town of Swinford regarding the despatch and arrival of mails; and, if so, will he say whether he can take any steps to remedy the alleged grievances.

(Answered by Mr. Austen Chamberlain.) I have received the memorial referred to by the hon. Member, and I have for some time had under consideration the question of improving the postal service at Swinford. I will communicate my decision to the hon. Member as soon as possible.
