FARRELLI beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland whether in any change in the arrangements for the receipt of payments of instalments due by purchasing tenants under the present Land Purchase Acts he will provide that tenants may have a receipt issued to them in respect of each payment.
