HEALY (Louth, N.)To ask the Secretary to the Treasury whether, in view of the petition of the clerks to the surveyors of taxes, of April, 1900, presented by the Board of Inland Revenue to the Treasury, the Treasury are prepared to establish these officials as permanent officers of the Crown.
