HC Deb 26 March 1903 vol 120 cc303-4
MR. JAMES O'CONNOR (Wicklow, W.)

I beg to ask the Secretary of State for the Home-Department whether he will consider the advisability of introducing a Bill for the purpose of increasing the restrictions upon the sale of poisons.

The hon. Member will be aware that a Departmental Committee appointed by the Lord President of the Council recently reported on various questions relating to the sale of poisons, and that Report is now under consideration. Some of the recommendations of the Committee are in the direction indicated in the Question.
