§ Return ordered, "showing in respect of each asylum district in Ireland for each of the last twenty-one years 1882 to 1902, inclusive, the contributions towards the provision of district asylums and the maintenance of lunatics in asylums in the following form:—(1) Year; (2) Charges for maintenance—(a) fuel, water, and light; (b) salaries and superannuations; (c) clothing; and (d) other expenses, including minor repairs and upkeep; (3) Repayments, including principal and interest to Commissioners of Public Works, of loans advanced in respect of expenditure on new works, additions and alterations, purchase of additional land, etc. (exclusive of minor repairs and alterations); (4) Total of expenditure in preceding columns; (5) Receipts from (e) Parliamentary grant; (f) paying patients and other sources except (e) and (g); and (g) rates."—(Mr. Clancy.)
