I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland at what date Constables Brien and M'Lean, of the Royal Irish Constabulary at Kildysert were suspended from duty; and when their trial for perjury is to take place.

The suspension took effect on the 19th instant. The magisterial investigation into the charge preferred against the defendants was adjourned to Ennis Petty Sessions to-day.
