§ MR. P. J. O'BRIEN (Tipperary, N.)To ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland if he is aware that in October, 1902, the Board of Education made a grant for the building of parochial school houses at Silvermines, County Tipperary, and that the manager was informed that new plans would be prepared and would be ready in a short time; and whether he can say when the plans will be sent on.
(Answered by Mr. Wyndham.) A grant was sanctioned as stated. The issue of the plans was postponed pending the consideration of the Report of the Committee appointed to investigate the general question of grants for school houses. A decision will shortly be arrived at in the matter.
