HC Deb 26 March 1903 vol 120 cc312-3
MR. THOMAS O'DONNELL

I beg to ask the President of the Board of Trade whether he will furnish a copy of the Report of the inspector who, at the request of the Board of Trade, visited Inch Strand, County Kerry.

MR. BONAR LAW

No inspector has been sent by the Board of Trade to Inch Strand, but the Navigating Officer of H.M.S. "Collingwood" reported that he had made a survey and forwarded a map, on which is marked the high-water line, as noted by him on the day of his visit. This map is at the office of the Board of Trade, and I shall be happy to give directions that it shall be produced to the hon. Member, if he cares to inspect it.

MR. FLAVIN

Surely in a matter of such vital importance as the stopping up of a public road, there ought to be a Report?
