§ MR. BONAR LAWNo inspector has been sent by the Board of Trade to Inch Strand, but the Navigating Officer of H.M.S. "Collingwood" reported that he had made a survey and forwarded a map, on which is marked the high-water line, as noted by him on the day of his visit. This map is at the office of the Board of Trade, and I shall be happy to give directions that it shall be produced to the hon. Member, if he cares to inspect it.
