HC Deb 26 March 1903 vol 120 c294
SIR EDWARD STRACHEY (Somersetshire, S.)

To ask the President of the Board of Trade if he will state what has been the amount of the export of offals in the past ten months compared with the corresponding period in previous years; to what countries are the exported offals sent; and whether any of these countries compete with the farmers of the United Kingdom in the production of meat or of dairy produce.

(Answered by Mr. Gerald Balfour.) The information as far as possible is being compiled, and the particulars shall be supplied to the hon. Member as soon as they are ready.
