LOUGH (Islington, W.)To ask Mr. Chancellor of the Exchequer whether, before the introduction of the Budget, he will place at the disposal of Members a list of the various commodities upon which duty has been paid under the sugar and corn taxes, and showing what has been the amount of duty paid in each case during the present financial year.
