Resolutions reported from the Committee:

  1. 1. "That, in the case of the Beckenham Urban District Council Bill, Petition for additional Provision, the Standing Orders ought to be dispensed with. That the parties be permitted to introduce their additional Provision if the Committee on the Bill think fit."
  2. 2. "That, in the case of the Leigh Corporation Bill, Petition for dispensing with Standing Order 129 in the case of the Petition of the 'Reverend Bernard Vaughan and others' against the Bill, the said Standing Order ought to be dispensed with."
  3. 3. "That, in the case of the North Eastern Railway Bill, Petition for dispensing with Standing Order 129 in the case of the Castleford Urban District Council against the Bill, the said Standing Order ought to be dispensed with."
  4. 4. "That, in the case of the Wigan Corporation Tramways Bill, Petition for additional Provision, the Standing Orders ought to be dispensed with. That the parties be permitted to introduce their additional Provision if the Committee on the Bill think fit."
