§ MR. LORD STANLEYIt is not customary to announce such changes in Army Orders, but instructions were yesterday issued to all recruiting officers, who will take any steps they think necessary to secure further publicity.
§ MR. ARTHUR LEEAre the officers responsible for the issue of official posters?
LORD STANLEYI cannot say at the moment, but they have been told that they are to take every means in their power to make this regulation publicly known.
