§ MR. YOXALL (Nottingham, W.)To ask the Civil Lord of the Admiralty whether it is the intention of the Admiralty to give to head schoolmasters in the Navy the same opportunities of promotion as have been promised to the other ranks of Naval warrant officers in Lord Selborne's Memorandum of 25th December, 1902.
