§ MR. HARMSWORTH (Caithness-shire)To ask the Secretary to the Admiralty whether, in view of the decision of the Admiralty to present medals to the best shots in each ship, the winner's name, with score and nature of gun, will be displayed on the lower deck of each ship as an encouragement to the men of the Fleet.
