§ MR. BUCHANANTo ask the Secretary of State for War whether he will state what is the approximate amount issued during the year ending 31st March, 1903, for the purposes of the Military Works Acts.
(Answered by Mr. Secretary Brodrick.) It is estimated that the expenditure during 1902–3 under the Military Works Acts will amount to about £1,700,000.
