MORGAN (Essex, Walthamstow)I beg to ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether he can now state whether he will take steps, in the Finance Bill or otherwise, to define the term internal communication, occurring in Section 10 1465 (1) of the Licensing Act, 1902, so that it shall not apply to the self-contained premises of wine and spirit merchants holding off-licences, and located in buildings in which other traders are carrying on their respective trades or business.
