HC Deb 20 March 1903 vol 119 c1384
CAPTAIN SINCLAIR (Forfarshire)

To ask the Secretary of State for War when the further Appendices to Army Estimates will be issued to complete the information laid before Parliament, including the Appendices relating to stair of Military Prisons (numbers and pay); establishments of the Clothing Department; staff for Engineer Services, by stations; and the statement of the sums provided in the Army Estimates for military purposes in the Colonies and Egypt.

(Answered by Mr. Secretary Brodrick.) The Appendix relating to the establishments of the Clothing Department has been discontinued since 1899–1900, as the information is now given in the body of the Vote itself. The other Appendices have been temporarily discontinued since 1900–1 owing to the war, but it is proposed to include them in the Estimates for 1904–5.
