§ THE SECRETARY TO THE ADMIRALTY (MR. ARNOLD-FORSTER, Belfast, W.)The Admiralty have no information to the effect stated in my hon. friend's Question. The establishment of a Canadian Naval Reserve is, however, a matter entirely within the discretion of the Dominion Government.
