§ MR. PIRIE (Aberdeen, N.)To ask the Secretary of State for War can he state for the five years, 1898 to 1903, respectively, the totals for half-pay required for officers eligible for employment, specifying the percentage of those sums, also that of the Non-effective Vote to the Army Estimates for each year.
