§ THE SECRETARY OF STATE FOR WAR (Mr. BRODRICK, Surrey, Guild-ford)It is intended to introduce a further Military Works Bill in the course of the session, but I cannot at present state the additional amount of money that will be included. It was clearly stated on the introduction of the Bill in 1901, that the amount then taken was only an instalment and represented the sum that it was anticipated could be spent prudently within the next two years.
