GRAHAM MURRAY, Buteshire)The date for the Second Reading of the Bill must depend upon the general arrangements as to public business made by my right hon. friend the Leader of the House. In any case, it is obvious that a considerable time must elapse before the Committee stage can be reached, which will leave ample time for consideration by all public bodies interested.
