CAINE (Cornwall, Camborne)To ask the First Lord of the Treasury if, in view of the fact that no popular boon or concession has been granted, according to ancient usage, in connection with the Delhi Durbar, His Majesty's Government will direct the Government of India to take some early opportunity to rectify this omission.
