§ MR. JAMES O'CONNORI beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland if he can state the cause of the delay in delivering to Miss Hefferman, of Ballycurragh, county Wicklow, the deed of conveyance of her farm which she purchased two years ago, the purchase money having been paid in June, 1902.
§ MR. WYNDHAMThe purchase money in this case was not lodged in the Land Judge's Court until the 8th January last. The order vesting the holding in Miss Hefferman will be executed during the present week.
