§ MR. O'DOHERTY (Donegal, N.)To ask the Postmaster-General whether, in the event of the Milford Rural District Council, county Donegal, giving to the post office authorities an indemnity against loss, he will open a telegraph office at Rossnakill in this district.
(Answered by Mr. Austen Chamberlain.) No, Sir: I regret to say that I should not be justified in doing so, as there is already a telegraph office within three-quarters of a mile which appears to meet the needs of the district.
