Kelly, Local Government Board Inspector; what subjects Mr. M'Donald is alleged to have failed to answer satisfactorily; and whether he will furnish a copy of the letter or letters received by the Local Government Board prior to this examination of Mr. M'Donald asking them not to sanction his appointment.
