MR. DELAXYI beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland whether he is aware that the Clerk of the Crown and Peace for the County Kildare is agent for several landlords: and whether it is in accordance with practice that a public official should occupy such a position, the duties of which lead to his being a party to legal proceedings in a court of which he is an official.
