HC Deb 05 March 1903 vol 118 c1543
MR. LLOYD MORGAN (Carmarthenshire, W.)

To ask the President of the Board of Agriculture whether, in view of his statement that he is desirous of bringing farmers throughout the country into closer touch with the Board of Agriculture, and that he intends to take steps to accomplish this object, he will say whether he proposes doing so during the present session, and how he proposes to give effect to the scheme.

(Answered by Mr. Hanbury.) I hope to complete very shortly a scheme for effecting the object named in the Question. It is not one for which legislation will be necessary, as the hon. Member seems to anticipate.
