I beg to ask the Postmaster General, as representing the Secretary of State for the Colonies, whether the record and evidence in the trial of a Boer named Celliers for killing Lieutenant † See (4) Debates, cv., 823. Boyle, of the South African Constabulary, who had been taken prisoner at Wepener, will be sent home.
