§ MR. WEIR (Ross and Cromarty)To ask the Lord Advocate, seeing that the people of Letters, in the parish of Loch-broom, Ross-shire, offer free labour in order to secure the construction of a road, will he say whether the Congested Districts Board are prepared to provide a grant in aid of the work.
