HC Deb 04 March 1903 vol 118 c1345
MR. WEIR (Ross and Cromarty)

To ask the Lord Advocate, seeing that the people of Letters, in the parish of Loch-broom, Ross-shire, offer free labour in order to secure the construction of a road, will he say whether the Congested Districts Board are prepared to provide a grant in aid of the work.

(Answered by Mr. A. Graham Murray.) I can only refer the hon. Member to a letter written by the Secretary for Scotland to the hon. Member, dated 10th November, 1902. There has been no further communication on the subject since that date.
