WINSTON CHURCHILLI beg to ask the Secretary to the Admiralty whether he can state what has been the decision arrived at in respect of the garrisoning of certain coaling stations by the Navy, proposed in the Army statement of the Secretary of State for War in 1901; whether he will lay correspondence relating to this question upon the Table.
