§ 3. "That a Supplementary sum, not exceeding £292,807, be granted to His Majesty, to defray the Charge which will come in course of payment during the year ending on the 31st day of March, 1903, for the Salaries and Expenses of the Board of Education."
§ 4. "That a Supplementary sum, not exceeding £28,000, be granted to His Majesty, to defray the Charge which will come in course of payment during 1301 the year ending on the 31st day of March. 1903, for the Expenses of the Commissioners of National Education in Ireland."
