HC Deb 02 March 1903 vol 118 cc1096-7
MR. C. E. SCHWANN (Manchester, N.)

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether he will give instructions to have copies of the Order, dated 4th February, 1903, determining what is sufficient suitable accommodation in the way of sanitary conveniences, printed and distributed to Members, in order that they may forward them to the employers and others interested.

(Answered by Mr. Secretary Akers Douglas.) The Order has already been printed as a Statutory Rule, and has been widely published, and I think duplicate printing and publication is hardly necessary. Any Member of the House applying to the Chief Inspector of Factories at the Home Office will be supplied with Copies of the Order and of the Circular explaining its provisions. Copies of the Order can also be obtained from the usual sources at the price of one penny.
